Wilmington Takes Back Its Neighborhood Council

The Los Angeles Department of Neighborhood Empowerment hosted a candidate forum and selection to enable the Wilmington Neighborhood Council to continue to function. This action of “exhaustive measures” was taken because of the Wilmington council’s inability to approve expenditures or host meetings due to lack of quorums within the past several months.
