The Queen Mary Tours and Stateroom Reservations Are Now Available

LONG BEACH — Queen Mary tours and stateroom reservations are now available. The Queen Mary is set to resume limited tour sales for the first time since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Tours available for purchase will include Glory Days Historical Tour, Steam & Steel Tour, and Haunted Encounters Tour.

City of Long Beach Extends Funding to Support Right to Counsel Program for Tenant Evictions

LONG BEACH —The City of Long Beach has extended its contract agreement with the county of Los Angeles and the nonprofit organization Stay Housed LA to support their right to counsel program, which provides counsel for tenant evictions for low-income residents who have experienced financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Long Beach Text Alert Program Connects People Experiencing Homelessness to Resources and Services

LONG BEACH — As part of our emergency response to reduce the number of people experiencing homelessness, the city launched the Long Beach Homelessness Text Alert program to connect residents who are unhoused with housing and support services and other resources. Anyone can text “HOME” to 99411 to receive immediate information on services and resources.
