LASD is Asking for the Public’s Help Locating Missing Person, Philip Joseph Frank, Carson

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person, Philip Joseph Frank. Frank was last seen at 3:50 p.m., Jan. 17,  on the 1100 block of East Turmont Street in the city of Carson.

Philip is described as a 33-year-old male Hispanic adult, 5’08”, 160 lbs., with black/balding hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, blue jeans, and black sneakers.

Mr. Frank’s family is concerned for his well-being and asking for the public’s help.
