LASD is Asking for the Public’s Help Locating At-Risk Missing Person Joe W. Sours II Carson

CARSON— Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department missing persons unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating at-risk missing person Joe W. Sours II. He is a 52 year-old  Black male who was last seen Jan. 15, at 5:00 a.m. on the 21500 block of South Figueroa Street in Carson.

Joe is 5’07” tall, 190 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, with a beard. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. Mr. Sours suffers from a mental disorder. His family is concerned with his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
