LACEEN Pilot Project Launching, Open House

Community members are invited to the Los Angeles Environmental Enforcement Network pilot project launching and open house, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Jan. 17, at the Coalition For A Safe Environment office in Wilmington.
LACEEN is a community-based project that will monitor air quality and other environmental conditions in a community.
