LASD Homicide Bureau Responded to a Shooting Death Investigation, 1200 blk W. Sepulveda Blvd., Torrance

 

TORRANCE — Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a male Hispanic adult, Sept. 22.

Carson Station deputies responded to the location regarding a gunshot victim call. Upon arrival, they observed Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel on scene treating the victim, who was laying on the street unresponsive, with apparent gunshot wounds. 

The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. A vehicle involved in the shooting was detained and a suspect was arrested. 

The investigation is ongoing. There is no additional information available at this time.
