Mayor Lula Davis-Holmes to Host Homeownership Fair, Paving the Way to Affordable Housing Opportunities

Carson —  Mayor Lula Davis-Holmes, in collaboration with the Carson Citizens Cultural Arts Foundation and Face LA announces the upcoming Homeownership Fair, an event aimed at making homeownership dreams a reality for residents.

Scheduled for March 23 at Carson Event Center. The fair is set to empower citizens with the necessary tools and knowledge to step into the realm of homeownership.

In partnership with the Carson Citizens Cultural Arts Foundation and Face LA, a key highlight of the Homeownership Fair is the opportunity to access up to $200,000 in downpayment assistance, making the dream of homeownership more achievable than ever before.

“Owning a home is not just a personal milestone; it’s a cornerstone for building strong communities. This Homeownership Fair is an investment in the future of our residents, providing them with the tools and resources needed to embark on this life-changing journey,” said Mayor Lula Davis-Holmes.

The fair will feature workshops, informational sessions, and consultations with real estate professionals and financial advisors. From understanding the homebuying process to exploring available assistance programs, attendees will gain invaluable insights into the steps necessary to secure their dream home.
