The public is invited to attend an information session and share their thoughts regarding the future of the Long Beach Civic Center, from 12 to 3 p.m. Feb. 1, at the Long Beach Gas & Oil Administration Building.
The Civic Center has significant seismic deficiencies and the City Council has authorized the issuance of a Request for Proposals to firms qualified to design, build, operate, finance and maintain a new Civic Center and Main Library, as well as revitalization of Lincoln Park.
