The City of Carson will host a night of non-stop performances on Feb. 23 as Carson joins the nation in commemorating Black History Month.

This year’s event features a host of musical selections, dances and tributes with the theme, California Dreamin’: The West Coast Migration. Special guest speakers include Roland Bynum, Dr. M.
