In the heartbeat of this city there are days that go by completely unnoticed or unrecognized for what they are. People stranded on top of each other, lost in the angst of loneliness amidst the hurried crowd. Anonymity in the urban landscape keeps people separate and out of touch with themselves and one another. And even with all of our devices to communicate, there is really little that is said or heard; most gets lost in the digital rain. I have from my earliest days, written songs and poetry to connect the lost elements, the silent tragedies and the estranged moments. It is curious propensity to make senses of chaos.
