Murder, Rape Suspect of 1974 Jane Doe to be Arraigned

LONG BEACH — Sixty-one-year-old Gary Stamp is scheduled to be arraigned June 12 in connection to the 1974 murder and rape of an unidentified Jane Doe. Long Beach Police Department arrested Stamp May 20. Police still do not know the identity of the woman known only as Jane Doe #40.
