Join Long Beach Rescue Mission in giving children the opportunity to succeed.
The mission partners with local schools to fill and hand out thousands of backpacks filled with school supplies to local middle schools to distribute to the children who need them most.
This past year, more than 3,000 children in the greater Long Beach area received backpacks and schools supplies that helped them start the school year successfully.
It’s a privilege to collaborate with the Long Beach School District, which selected the following middle schools that will benefit with backpacks and the list of required items.
Schools to benefit:
- Avalon on Catalina Island
Here’s how you can help:
- Purchase a NEW solid color backpack.
- Fill it with supplies from the list below. Please do not add extra items.
