Ramona Park Spring Cleaning Community Sweep
Join the Ramona Park Spring Cleaning Community Sweep effort, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. April 27, in Long Beach.
Councilmember Steven Neal and the Ramona Park Neighborhood Association invite neighbors to walk and clean their community. Residents will form teams and conduct a sweep of the Ramona Park neighborhood to report all instances of potholes, graffiti, dumped items, damaged street signs, and other basic maintenance issues in order to keep our district clean and presentable.

Open Studios Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are needed, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 12, for Open Studios Day at Angels Gate Cultural Center in San Pedro.
The Studio Artists will open their doors for you to see what they create in their studios. The artists in classroom and community class programs will present culminations of the work that happen throughout the year. The galleries will feature four new openings by a range of artists from the professional art world, local community and K-12 schools.
