Los Angeles Councilwoman Janice Hahn announced Friday that she is advancing the final phase construction of the Dana Strand housing development that includes 100 units of affordable senior housing in Wilmington.
Hahn gave the Los Angeles Housing Department the necessary authority to issue $14.4 million in bonds to complete the project.
Groundbreaking on the phase is slated for spring 2010.
