The Board will consider hiring independent contractor s to install and maintain air filtration systems in Wilmington and San Pedro schools.

The amount, not to exceed $6 million, is required provision requirement of the TraPac Memorandum of Understanding to install and maintain air filtration systems and/or heating ventilation air condition air purifiers in those cities.
