The Board of Harbor Commissioners will vote on whether to approve a $2 million (About $1.9 million for the Harbor Department and more than $100,000 for tenant projects) sub recipient agreement among the Harbor Department, SA Recycling, Ports America, Metropolitan Cruise Services and Eagle Marine Services.

The agreement will allow the Harbor Department to request reimbursement from the Environmental Protection Agency.

The EPA awarded the amount in July under the National Clean Diesel Assistance Program, funded by the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
