Friends of the San Pedro Library are holding their annual Collectible Book Sale from 2 to 5 p.m. Books include rare and unusual volumes set aside throughout the year from donations. You, too, may find a rare copy of Hemingway’s The Old Man and the Sea, as was donated in the past. Members may preview the sale today only. For more information, call (310) 548-7779
