Award winning writer Kenneth R. Weiss kicks off “The Ocean on the Edge” lecture series by highlighting some of the issues addressed in his Pulitzer-Prize winning LA Times series “Altered Oceans.” Weiss will share images and stories he gathered during his research for the stories. The event begins at 7 p.m. and costs $7 for the public, $4 for aquarium members and is free for Pacific circle members and students. For more information call (562)590-3100.
