| County Sanitation Seeks Input Proposed Sewage Outfall |

The County of Los Angeles Sanitation Department is hosting a series of meetings to discuss a proposal known as the “Clearwater Program”. The proposal includes the possibility of creating a new underground tunnel linking the sewage treatment facility in Carson and the Pacific Ocean. Two meetings were held earlier this month. The next meeting will be held on March 12. The last meeting will be held on March 13 in the Peck Park Community Center, 560 North Western Avenue in San Pedro.
